With over 150 miles of course across 30 different entities and municipalities comes a lot of permits and permissions. While we’re still waiting for final approvals, we wanted to give you a glimpse at our proposed plans by sharing our *tentative* maps:

• 66-Mile Metric Century Route
• 37-Mile Moderate Route
• 10-Mile Starter/Family Ride
Who: Cyclists of all levels and their friends and family
What: In-person event including Century, Metric Century, 37- mile Moderate, 10-mile starter, and kids courses. OR virtual options where you can ride or participate your way from anywhere!
When & Where:
In-person: October 24, 2021 - 3000 Hanover St, Palo Alto, CA 94304
Virtual: October 1-24, 2021 - Anywhere!
Not only do we have to work with many different entities and cities to get permits and approval, but we use the valuable rider feedback from previous years to help us improve our courses! We take that feedback seriously and move, tweak, and change our courses as much as we can to help enhance our riders’ experiences. When you ride with Cycle of Hope, you can be confident that we’ve incorporated experienced rider feedback in designing our courses with the most cyclist-friendly and scenic routes possible within permitting restrictions.
Follow us on Facebook and keep a close eye on your inbox to stay up-to-date on any course adjustments before ride day! In the meantime, the courses above are a great reference for your training and preparation. In fact, if you’ve ridden any of these courses – or parts of them – give your fellow athletes a taste by posting your photos on social and tagging @HabitatCycleOfHope!
